The process requires verification of both sides, no one is introduced without agreeing to that specific introduction, and the Cartagena gathering is private and accompanied by the Zafira team. It is not a dating app, it does not publish profiles and it promises no romantic outcome.

About 4 minutes. You tell us who you are and what you are looking for and, when you submit it, you pay the USD 400 evaluation and verification through a secure payment gateway.
The matchmaker contacts you
Once the payment is confirmed, the matchmaker contacts you within 48 business hours to schedule the interview.
Evaluation and verification
Interview, plus the identity check against an official document and the background and marital-status review that the process requires. It is covered by the USD 400 you paid when you submitted the application. It does not reserve a place, it is not credited toward the programme, and it is non-refundable, including if you are not approved, except for any cancellation or withdrawal right granted by applicable law.
Approval
Zafira decides whether you enter the programme. Paying for the evaluation is not the same as being approved. If you are not approved, we tell you and the process ends there. The USD 400 is non-refundable, including if you are not approved, except for any cancellation or withdrawal right granted by applicable law.
The programme · USD 12,999
A single payment, only if you are approved and decide to continue, with a contract before any charge. It includes a personal search, a compatibility review and the verification the process requires of the other side before each introduction, private introductions only when both people agree, the private Cartagena gathering, organised by Zafira, and your matchmaker from approval to that gathering. Not included: flights to and from Cartagena, and personal expenses outside the official programme.
If everything moves forward, the full path is USD 13,399 in total paid to Zafira (USD 400 + USD 12,999); flights to Cartagena and personal expenses are not included. Zafira makes no other charge.
